The Wild

The Abstract Expressionist school of painters has always been among my favorites, particularly Mark Rothko, and Barnett Newman, the author of the painting which inspired my work The Wild. I explore all aspects of the word “wild” in my composition, and turn the microscope inwards, into the thin red line, where a jungle awaits.
